Caring for your car – and for you!

At Midwest Auto Care, “Care” is the key. We know that your car or truck is important to you. It’s your lifeline. That’s why we care enough to make sure it stays in tip top condition. And we care enough that we are always learning – digging into the newest technology so that we can handle all of the innovations that manufacturers keep adding to your ride.

But that’s only half of the equation. We not only care for your vehicle, we care for you. We care enough to be honest with you and to not charge you an arm and a leg for service work. We offer discounts to help keep costs down. And we communicate with you. We let you know what’s happening, what we’re doing, and when you and your car can be back on the road.

We’re proud of the relationships we’ve cultivated with our customers – and even prouder when they are willing to tell others about us!

Bill and his team got my GMC Denali looked at in a timely manner. It was fixed and out the door very fast. I use my suv for work and cannot afford a lot of down time. Thank You Bill!!!

They were able to help us out and get my husband’s car in the same day and FIXED that day as well. Not only did they provide fast and friendly service they were less then HALF of what another business quoted us. We were very impressed with Midwest Auto Care. Amazing service and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a honest mechanic.

They were able to get my truck in the next day and had it back to me in a very short time. They kept me in the loop, and didn't touch it until they talk to me about the update.

How often should I change my oil?

We recommend every 3,000 miles. After 3,000 miles oil starts to break down. This leaves sludge on the engine and buildup can affect engine performance.

Why is my check engine light on?

A check engine light can indicate a number of potential problems ranging from very minor (such as gas cap not being securely tightened) to much more serious (like catalytic converter that needs replacing).

How often should I rotate my tires?

You should rotate your tires every other oil change to prevent uneven wear.

Why should I use synthetic oil?

Synthetic oil lasts longer than conventional and is more effective at fighting off engine dirt and sludge and helping a vehicle start in cold temps.
